Edit: All Limmer apps are updated regularly to keep up with AHA guidelines, new research and changing best practices. Most recent updates reflect the 2020 AHA guidelines.
Limmer Education announces the release of their new Paramedic Trauma Review app. This app is the 5th in the series of modular exam preparation products for classroom study and the National Registry of Emergency Technician’s Paramedic exam (NRP) and the 22nd app in the company’s test prep offerings.
“We developed this series because it is what our customers wanted and needed,” said Limmer Education CEO Stephanie Limmer. “Paramedic students make a tremendous investment in time and money to obtain the highest level of EMS certification. We are here to be sure they succeed.”
Paramedic trauma review contains 850 items divided between study cards, review questions and practice exams. The app’s comprehensive nature is further expanded by its presentation of trauma by body systems and includes a section on trauma in special populations.
The app can be purchased and downloaded via the App Store, Google Play or on the web at LC-Ready.
“As with all our other apps, we provide the depth that today’s paramedic student needs.” Said Limmer Education Founder Dan Limmer. “Today’s medic must understand pathophysiology and apply it to both their patients and their exams. Our apps have that covered.”
The EMS system we know today began with a trauma focus in the 1960s. EMS practitioners take particular pride in their ability to manage complex scenes and challenging multi-system trauma patients. Paramedic Trauma Review is designed to both help students pass the test and meet these challenges in the field.
Priced at $5.99, the app can also be bundled with the other Paramedic modules for a significant savings. Other products in the Paramedic Review series include:
Paramedic Review Plus
Paramedic Airway Review
Paramedic Assessment Review
Paramedic Special Populations Review
